Shipping Policy may use  the US Postal Service (USPS) for orders shipping within the United States only, or the United Parcel Service (UPS) for orders shipping inside or outside the United States for delivery of your order.  The USPS will deliver to PO Boxes within the United States, but UPS deliveries cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

For orders shipped outside of the United States, any consular fees, duties, and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the package.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to ship your order via USPS First Class Mail, Tracking Information will not be available for your package.  By choosing USPS First Class Mail, you accept this limitation and accept the risk that your order may be lost in shipment.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:  Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing your order.  US Postal Service deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, and United Parcel Service deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping and handling costs for your order will be calculated in your Shopping Cart during the checkout process.

PLEASE NOTE: You may be charged sales tax, depending on your location and the requirements of your state.  If sales tax is due, it will be shown on your order prior to check out.

Please note that any of our Temp-Plate labels with a temperature indicator spot of 110°F (43°C) or below are considered low-temperature, and must be shipped via UPS Overnight service with an ice pack to ensure that your Temp-Plates do not turn in transit.  Low temperature Temp-Plate labels are shipped Monday – Thursday.  Low temperature Temp-Plates are not shipped on Friday, unless Saturday delivery is selected at checkout.
